Jefferson County Museum opens temporary exhibit of letters related to John Brown and his raid

In commemoration of the 159th anniversary of John Brown’s raid on Harpers Ferry, the Jefferson County Museum is opening a temporary exhibit, “Brown Opened the Eyes of the World,” of historical letters written by or about John Brown and his raid. The letters will be on display from Tuesday, October 16, until the museum closes in mid-December.
