Jefferson County Museum opens new exhibit of vintage toys owned by a Shepherdstown native

The Jefferson County Museum is opening a new exhibit featuring vintage toys owned by Jane Knott Snyder Miller, who was born and raised near Shepherdstown. The collection includes wooden doll furniture, porcelain dolls, doll clothing, and a teddy bear. Mrs. Snyder’s son, Lige B. (Ben) Miller, Jr. generously donated the items to the museum. The exhibit will be open from Tuesday, August 6, until mid-December.
