Trick-or-treaters are invited to don their Halloween costumes and bring their treat bags for the annual Trick-or-Treat in Downtown Charles Town. Kids can visit more than 40 stores and businesses along Washington St, North Charles St, Liberty St and beyond for “treats” on Friday, October 27, between 5 to 8 pm. This event is free and open to the public.
Trick or Treat in Downtown Charles Town is a safe activity for the children of the Eastern Panhandle. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend and stroll through the downtown with their children. Washington Street and North and South Charles St will be closed for this event.
Trick or Treat in Downtown Charles Town is hosted by Charles Town Now, The City of Charles Town, and Charles Town Police Department.
