Ages three and older are encouraged to visit the Shepherdstown Library’s Children’s Department at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 3, where there will be a “Dr. Seuss’s Birthday” story time with songs and a craft. If you would like, dress up as your favorite Dr. Seuss character! No registration is needed.
