The Shepherdstown Public Library is hosting its second-annual golf scramble fundraising tournament on September 21, at
The Club at Cress Creek in Shepherdstown. The rain date is Friday, October 12. Registration includes greens fees and golf carts, with lunch and dinner provided. Check-in begins at 11am and tee-off time is scheduled for a shotgun start at 12:30pm. Advance registration forms may be picked up at the Library (
