This purpose of this meeting referred as the visioning meeting is to make a list of elements the community wants included in these murals. Our desire is to ensure these murals are inclusive of all who call our community home.
We will be creating two large mosaic murals in Charles Town. Locations are the east wall of Bars & Booths and the north wall of the Evitts Run Park restroom building.
Isaiah Zagar, a world-renowned mosaic artist from Philadelphia, will be here May 25th – May 30th to design and oversee volunteers to create the two mosaics.
