Join us on May 21, to celebrate the delights of diversity at the Inaugral Martinsburg International Festival held in downtown Martinsburg from noon to 8:00 pm. Restaurants and musicians from throughout the region will represent their culture and heritage, as well as crafters, to create an atmosphere of fun, diversity, and excitement.
