Over the Mountain Studio Tour Summer Preview Show will celebrate summer and ‘handmade’ in Shepherdstown’s War Memorial Building (102 E. German St.). The 24-member tour invites the public to kick off their 28th year at their Opening Reception on Friday, July 14, 5-7pm, where you can meet this year’s two newest juried members, experience fresh work from all members, and enjoy a bit of conversation with snacks and drinks.
